I felt inspired to do a painting about Chef's immediately after the Quang Ho workshop. His paintings about Chef's capture a dynamic energy and flow that truly makes the audience feel. I wanted that energy to be characterized in my paintings. I really enjoyed the hustle and energy in a busy Kitchen scene. While attending a Quang Ho workshop in December of 09 I felt incredibly inspired . To be learning from a modern day master was truly an experience I will never forget. I did this painting immediately after the first day of the workshop when I went back to my hotel room and painted right there in the living room!
